What we collect

The only information this site collects is what you type into the Request Access form: your Discord username, gamer tag, platform, games, time zone, schedule, how you found us, an optional member referral, and your reason for joining.

We do not require your legal name, email address, phone number, or any government identifier.

Why we collect it

For exactly one purpose: so getFHKT leadership can review your request and contact you on Discord. That's it.

How submissions are reviewed

Form submissions are delivered privately to clan leadership. They are reviewed by humans, not sold to lists, and responses happen through Discord.

How long we keep it

Submissions are kept as long as needed to process your request and maintain basic recruitment records. You can ask for your submission to be deleted at any time (see contact below).

No sale of personal information

We do not sell, rent, or trade any information submitted through this site. Ever.

Third-party links

This site links to Discord. Once you're on Discord, Discord's own privacy policy applies — we don't control what they collect.

Analytics

This site currently runs without analytics or tracking cookies. If privacy-conscious analytics are ever enabled, this page will be updated to say exactly what is collected.

Questions or removal requests

Contact clan leadership through the Discord server to ask about, correct, or delete anything you've submitted.
