getFHKT ranks mark time, participation, responsibility, and trust. The ladder starts with member progression, moves into team leadership, and ends with command roles. Rank is recognition, not permission to mistreat the squad.

Command ranks

  1. 01

    getFHKT Founder

    ★ Founder-only

    Founder and top command role. FHK-L - FUBAR owns final calls on serious issues and protects the direction of the network.

  2. 02

    General

    ★ Current: FHK-G - Itz Marlon

    Highest leadership role below Founder. Handles major escalations, supports command decisions, and keeps the network steady.

  3. 03

    Colonel

    ★ Current: FHK-C - Girafarig

    Middle leadership role. Supports command, watches community health, and steps in when issues need a trusted hand.

  4. 04

    Major

    ★ Current: FHK-M - Pinky *2P1S* and FHK-M - The_Loot_Bandit

    Lowest leadership role. Helps run day-to-day operations, supports members, and keeps squads moving in the right direction.

    Warrant Officer 1

    Team Leader role. Organizes squads, parties, gaming sessions, and member participation.

Founder

The LEADER role is reserved for the Founder: the one command position that is not earned through progression because it created the progression.

Member progression

Members climb the ladder through time in clan, participation, and trust. PVT is reserved for under-18 clan members connected to existing clan families, RTD is a special getFHKT clan rank, and SFC is the step before leadership consideration.
