RECRUITMENT CHANNEL OPEN — COMPATIBLE OPERATORS WANTED

NETWORK_PROTOCOLS

The rules of the network

getFHKT runs on loyalty and dark humor, not chaos for its own sake. These protocols exist so everyone knows where the line is. They're short on lawyer-speak and long on enforcement.

getFHKT Rules are law graphic with green glitch skulls

PROTOCOL_01

Respect the people in the room

  • Trash talk between friends is culture. Targeted harassment is not — know the difference.
  • Hate-based attacks of any kind get you removed. No warnings, no appeals process, no debate.
  • Threats against members — even 'jokes' that read like threats — are treated as real until proven otherwise.
  • Doxxing or sharing anyone's personal information is an instant permanent ban.

PROTOCOL_02

Play clean

  • No cheating, exploiting, or account manipulation in any game while wearing the tag.
  • If you're caught cheating in a getFHKT lobby or while representing the clan, you're done.
  • Report exploiters to leadership rather than joining in.

PROTOCOL_03

Voice chat conduct

  • Loud is fine. Disruptive is not — no mic spam, soundboard abuse during callouts, or drowning out squads mid-match.
  • If someone asks you to cut something out, cut it out.

PROTOCOL_04

Drama handling

  • Handle friction directly and privately first. Most problems die in a DM.
  • Escalate to a Team Leader or officer if it doesn't resolve — that's what they're for.
  • Farming drama, stirring members against each other, or dragging arguments across channels is a fast way out.

PROTOCOL_05

Using the getFHKT name

  • The tag represents everyone who wears it. Don't use it to harass, scam, or start wars we didn't sign up for.
  • Don't edit, redraw, or misuse official getFHKT graphics without approval.
  • Impersonating leadership or other members is a ban.

PROTOCOL_06

Voting and member feedback

  • Major community decisions may go to a member vote — participate or accept the result.
  • Leadership weighs member feedback but makes the final call when a decision has to be made.
  • Bring ideas and complaints to leadership directly. Feedback is respected; ambushes are not.

PROTOCOL_07

Enforcement

  • Minor issues get a conversation. Repeated issues get consequences. Serious violations — harassment campaigns, doxxing, cheating, threats — skip the ladder entirely.
  • Leadership decisions on serious violations are final.
  • Removal from the community includes removal from the roster, ranks, and Graphic Relay eligibility.
